No. The staff tool runs in a browser on any tablet or phone and does not connect to your till. It recommends wines from your list; it has no tables, orders, cart or payment.
Send us the new list and we reload it, or change wines in the admin. Your wine list stays yours, and you can change which wines are promoted at any time.
No. It backs up your team when the room is full and gives a new waiter a starting point. It suggests wines from your own list; your sommelier still knows your guests and your cellar.
Recommendations and their explanations are written in the language set for each store, and the widget interface has translations in several languages, including English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. The language comes from the store's configuration, not from the shopper's request. Wine names stay as they appear in your catalog. Tell us which language you need when you contact us.
